AXE – Return & Exchange Policy

At AXE, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Exchanges are permitted subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange Window

Products may be exchanged within 30 (thirty) days from the original date of purchase, as mentioned on the invoice/bill.

2. Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for exchange:

The original invoice/bill must be presented.
The product must have original tags intact.
The garment must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and untampered.
The product must be in its original saleable condition.

Failure to present the invoice or if tags are removed/damaged will render the product ineligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Policy

AXE does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
AXE does not issue credit notes or store credits.
Eligible products may only be exchanged on the spot for another garment of equal or lesser value.
In case of exchange for a higher value product, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
No cash difference will be refunded if the exchanged product is of lower value.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are strictly non-exchangeable:

Accessories (belts)
Sunglasses
Personal care items

5. Manufacturing Defects

Products with genuine manufacturing defects may be exchanged after inspection and approval by AXE. The decision of AXE shall be final and binding.

AXE reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

SALE Terms & Conditions

Offer Validity

Sale offers are valid only for the duration officially announced by AXE and/or until stocks last.

Final Pricing

Prices displayed in the billing system at checkout shall be deemed final and binding.

Identification of Sale Products

Sale merchandise will be identified through in-store communication, revised MRP stickers, or promotional signage.

Billing Responsibility

Customers are advised to verify their bill carefully at the time of purchase. No discrepancies will be entertained after checkout.

Exchange During Sale Period

Products purchased during a Sale can be exchanged within 30 days, subject to the Return & Exchange Policy.
Exchanges will be processed strictly at the bill value (actual purchase price paid) and not at the original MRP.
In case the Sale offer involved bundled promotions (e.g., Buy X Get Y), the exchange value will be recalculated accordingly.

Post-Sale Exchange Condition

Once the Sale period has officially ended, the original Sale offer or promotional benefit will not apply to any exchange.
Exchanges after the Sale period will be processed only at the bill value reflected on the invoice.

No Refund Policy

Sale merchandise is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Company Discretion

The inclusion of products in Sale, continuation of offers, and interpretation of these terms shall remain at the sole discretion of AXE.

Final Validity Clause

The officially announced Sale dates by AXE shall be considered final and binding. No extensions shall be granted unless explicitly communicated by the company.
